Discount Brands Outlet is a UK based fashion wholesale distributor with logistic centres in Poland, Tunisia and Ghana. We offer shop ready packages of branded clothing, shoes and accessories to small retailers, online traders or wholesalers all around the globe. At DBO, we make sure, that our clients only receive up to date, fashionable stock.  We offer UK and European high street and designer brands for women, men and children.

If you are looking for trendy, casual, party or sport clothes to hang in your outlet shop, or stock lots of footwear to sell online, we have you covered. We work with brands directly and sell end of line, ex-chain, shop returns, customer returns, stock lots, excess fashion inventory in the most convenient way for our customers. We prepare parcels of most wanted fashion items and deliver them to your doors free of charge*.

Minimum order
 

We have a set amount of £500 minimum to any purchase. We cannot process orders that are below the minimum. 

How to place an order?
 

To place an order is very simple and you have few options to do it.

  • Browse through the website and place any offers that you like into your cart, then do a simple checkout that only takes few steps. Don't worry, you don't need to pay at this instance - we will first confirm your order and if you are happy with everything, you can proceed with the payment. 
  • Or, you can phone or email and tell us what products you are interested in. We will be able to recommend you our best offers and place the order for you.

Availability of offers 

All offers displayed on the website are subject to availability. Packages are treated as sold only once payment is acknowledged by one of our sales team - there is no possibility to book a package. If packages are sold out, you will be offered a replacement. 

Do you offer discounts?

All our prices are set to up to 95% Off retail price, but we offer extra discounts for large orders: 

  • 5% OFF for any £2,000 order
  • 7% OFF for any £3,500 order
  • 10% OFF for any £5,000 order

Contact our Customer Service Team at sales@discountbrandsoutlet.com to claim.  Discounts can not be combined with special deals unless stated otherwise.

Photos represent 100% real stock, however, every box might differ.  Images represent only a random selection and might not include items that you will find in your package.

 

Do you ship?

  • We ship for free to all EU countries, excluding Cyprus. Offers that contain 250 units or more will be shipped with international pallet freight forwarder and the delivery may take up to 7 working days.  
  • We ship to Ukraine - please contact us for details and fees.
  • Special rates for airfreight to Egypt, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Russia. Please contact our team for a quotation. 
  • We ship worldwide -  please email our Customer Service Team at sales@discountbrandsoutlet.com if your country is not listed here.
  • If you do not ship with us, your order needs to be picked up within a week.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept payments by Paypal, as well bank transfers.

What about VAT?

Prices quoted exclude VAT. We only add VAT in some cases, please contact us for more information.

Our grades:

  • A1: Brand new items in perfect condition. Singular items may possess microdefects. Can be with or without tags.
  • Shop returns: Mix of items in perfect condition and items with minor defects. Most of the items in this mix are brand new, however, some will have minor issues such as dirty marks, open seams, missing parts, faulty zips or missing buttons. Some items might also be washed or worn. Paper tag or inside label might be missing.
  • Customer returns: Items, that were purchased in store or online and returned by the customer. All of the items under this grade were checked by us and found to have issues such as dirty marks, open seams, faulty zips, missing buttons. Some items might also be washed or worn. Paper tag or inside label might be missing.

Return policy:

We run a no refund policy, however, we are happy to exchange any packages that you might not like within 14 days of receipt. To do that, please email our Customer Service Team at sales@discountbrandsoutlet.com confirming the details. You will have to cover the shipping fees and any other charges associated when returning packages. 

Please make sure that the packages are returned in their original condition and quantity; we reserve the right to refuse the exchange if a package doesn't match this criteria.

International customers: please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes and/or fees may be payable, and are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipments upon arrival).

DISCOUNT BRANDS OUTLET is NOT responsible for the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes applied by the local customs authority, and we cannot predict the charges that may incur for each shipment. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to verify with local custom offices if any charges are payable upon delivery. 
If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to delay release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also deny delivery.

Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

If you believe your order may have been mishandled, please write down a report in the presence of the courier who has made the delivery and then report to us as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy:

In case you change your mind and would like to cancel your order after it has been picked & packed, you will be charged 15% re-stocking fee.
